Dustin is a NYC-based Master Sommelier, who will lead monthly Master Classes and Desert Island Wine Dinners at Mason Pacific. Dustin is best known for his former roles as Wine Director of the three-star Michelin restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, and Sommelier at Michael Mina’s Burgundy-focused RN74 – the premiere Burgundy-inspired restaurant in San Francisco. He was also featured in the hit wine documentary film, SOMM. Dustin is now in the process of starting a new wine retail business called Verve - set to launch in 2016. He can also be seen on the new Esquire TV show, Uncorked, and the follow up feature documentary film, SOMM: Into the Bottle. Dustin is also a partner in the winery, Vallin, a Santa Barbara County producer of Rhône style wines.
