Part of Sporting Fraternity Inc., Eric moved to San Francisco from San Diego to open Coin-Op. He studied business and culinary arts at the Art Institute of Orange County while bartending and cooking in upscale restaurants and night clubs. Passionate about cocktails, craft beer, and the hospitality industry as a whole, the move to the Bay Area was a natural fit. In his free time, Eric loves to hike with his wife Natalie and their dog. He also is an avid snowboarder and fisherman.
