Erika started her culinary experience with Pixar, specializing in seasonal & sustainable menu development, as well as contributing to Pixar’s cookbook. In addition, she was in on the ground floor in developing & executing Google’s award-winning foodservice program. Erika has spent the past 8 years in catering, working with CUESA/SF Ferry Building, Slanted Door & Chez Panisse, and now A.G. Ferrari!
