With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Jason joins the team after leaving Blackwater Station in Oakland where he was co-founder and partner. Attention to detail, playful presentation, and an exceptional approach to service are all hallmarks of Jason’s unique approach to bartending. After stints as sommelier at Smith & Wollensky Chicago, Michael Jordan's 160 Blue, Michael Jordan's Steakhouse Chicago, Roka Akor Chicago & Roka Akor Skokie, Jason brought his passion for hospitality and his love of the culinary art of cocktails to the Bay Area where he helped open San Francisco’s Roka Akor. Jason is a member of both the USBG San Francisco Chapter and Court of Master Sommeliers.
